CANCELLATION/RETURNS/REFUNDS

Crystal Veda take all necessary steps to ensure that you receive a genuine product on time. Your product will be delivered to you within 7 working days. You’ll get free shipping within India. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

CANCELLATION: 

• You’ll get full refund if you cancel within 8 hours after placing the order. we process orders normally within 24 hours. 

• For order cancellation email at support@crystalveda.com 

RETURN:

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN: 

• Return request must be raised within 2 days after receiving the orders, otherwise you’ll not be eligible for refund or replacement. 

• If there is any doubt, we request you to call before placing orders. 

• We take returns only the products were damaged when you got it delivered (mandatory receive photos and unboxing videos) / receive wrong item 

• For Damaged/ Wrong products 1. Should be in an unused condition 2. Should be returned in the original box with original tags If product is lost or haven’t got delivered, you’ll be eligible for refund

• Send email at support@crystalveda.com for return with order id and full details of products (invoice)

• Do not take returns for the products mistakenly placed & for custom products (like health bracelets) 

• Do not take returns or refunds for international orders. 

• Do not get returns or refunds on offers items, sale on items. IF 

REFUND APPLICABLE: 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

• If approved, refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

• Please be aware that crystals may exhibit pits, undercuts, and cracks as a result of their natural formation and the polishing process. These characteristics are inherent to the stone’s natural formation and do not diminish the value or energy of the crystal in any way.
